Kukicha, Hatomugicha, Genmaicha,
Sencha, or Hōjicha?

Our new Tekuno tea bags were carefully designed to simplify the process of brewing rare Japanese teas…wherever you are and with whatever tea setup you have. Distilling the same limited, seasonal, and exceptionally high quality teas that compose our core offering into compostable sachets, select from five choices (or consider the tea trio when you can’t choose!)

Kukicha
A green tea made from tea leaf stems from our producer's family-owned garden. Notes of candied cucumber, edamame

Hatomugicha
A soothing herbal tea that’s quiet yet arrestingly nuanced. Notes of rice paper, kumquat peel.

Genmaicha, Matcha
A convivial mix of sencha, popped rice and matcha dust from our renowned Fukuoka-based tea producer.  Notes of Korean scorched rice, portobello mushroom.

Sencha, Satsuki
Our producer's most beloved sencha, with a savory profile characteristic of its famed growing region. Notes of rice puffs, razor clams.

Hōjicha, Yuki
An enchanting roasted green tea that offers a refined florality and body. Notes of cinnamon, golden delicious apple.
