IDEA:
Have your tea and share it too—the absolute best teapot we've found for brewing and enjoying together. Crafted in Japan from heatproof glass, it's both a beautiful object and smartly designed device, allowing for an optimal, fully expressive, and no-fuss brew.
SOLUTION:
We found the Jumping Teapot while seeking a better alternative to ubiquitous sharing teapots, where it's most common to dump all the leaves in one big, central strainer basket...and you lose the nuance of special teas.
The Jumping Teapot is the answer, with a design that feels so obvious it makes you wonder why it isn't the norm: with a strainer located in the spout (genius!), tea leaves are added straight into the vessel, allowing leaves to fully come into their own (and 'jump' around as they do so).
WE SUGGEST:
We love brewing big pots of Kukicha and/or Hatomugicha in the Jumping Teapot, which brew beautifully in large format (Plus they're forgiving enough to still taste delicious when chilled with a bit of ice on a hot day).
