This past week ,

All the bands on the OG red monolift got put to the test on Monday, as the guys took the bow bar to a box for a single. This even began to lift the monolift's legs and needed additional hundred pound plates to keep it down. Max Upper brought a less than seldom used push press into the fold, along with traditional presses and tricep work. Friday, 2 did some experimenting with safety bar Hatfield squats as the rest went through typical waves.

Morning Crew's Training (11/4)

*Tanner Morris taking 2 and a quarter against ALL the band.

Main Lifts:

  • Bow Bar Box Squat w/ALL bands 1RM
  • ​Concentric Giant Cambered Bar Good Morning 1RM
  • Sumo/Conventional Deadlift w/Strong and Average Bands

Auxiliary Lifts:

  • Reverse Hyper
  • Giant cambered bar good morning
  • Bow bar low box squat
  • ATP Box Squat
  • ATP KB Deadlift
  • Standing Hamstring Curl
  • GHD
  • MR-19

*Shirtin' Up...again.

Main Lift:

  • #2 Board Bench Shirt 1RM
  • 2.5" Cambered Bar w/Monster Bands 1RM
  • Straight Bar Push Press 1x2
  • Straight Bar Bench w/Light Bands 1RM
  • #3 Board Straight Bar Bench 1RM

  • DB Rollbacks
  • DB JM Press
  • DB Williams Ext.
  • Tricep Strap Pressdown
  • Pec Dec Flye
  • Lat Pulldown
