Are you getting all you can out of your workouts?

Or are you selling yourself short with the WRONG workouts.

Most people out there are wasting their time time with long & boring slow-go cardio workouts.

Now I’m not 100% against doing long form cardio workouts, but they sure as heck aren’t the best when it comes to fat loss.

And most of us today are so busy & strapped for time that we end up wasting it on an elliptical.

So what’s the best form of exercise?

HIIT + MRT

A study came out a couple years ago finding just 1 minute of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) could give you the equivalent of a 45 minute jogging workout.


Crazy!

Just goes to show you that you don’t have to be glued to a cardio machine for hours on end just to get results.

I’ve been a BIG advocate for HIIT workouts for years now.

They’ve been far & away the best when it comes to getting fast results with the least amount of time.

Unfortunately, most who try HIIT workouts aren’t doing them right.

And they’re not getting the best results possible.

The trick is to combine HIIT workouts with Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT).

This specific style of training will turn your body into a fat burning machine.

You’ll gain lean muscle while rapidly burning fat.

Two birds with one stone!

The only time I actually think it’s a good idea to do longer forms of cardio is if you’re doing it for the fun of it.

I enjoy going on a long run outside once or twice a week just to get out & see some natural scenery.

But am I doing it because it’s the best for burning fat?

Nope.

It’s a waste of time if you’re strapping yourself to an elliptical or stairmaster for hours on end.

Train smarter & you’ll get the results you want.
