Oh man…

Just a handful of days ago was the 4th of July & even though we were celebrating the red, white & blue I'm thinking a lot of us were also celebrating the red wine & booze. Haha

If you’re anything like myself then there’s a good chance you over-ate a little bit on all the delicious 4th of July BBQ & drinks.

Nothing quite like waking up the 5th of July in a daze wondering what the heck happened. Haha

Today the chances are high you’re still feeling bloated, bigger & your belly seems to be stretching your pants to the maximum.

Kinda crazy I just weighed myself & the scale says I’m 6 pounds heavier than when I weighed myself on the morning of the 4th.

Granted most of that’s water-weight that I’ll flush out in day or two.

But it’s still not fun! Haha

With the 4th of July weekend long gone now, it’s time to take action to get things back on track.

I’ve been using Intermittent Fasting this morning to help clear out all the junk I’ve been eating this long holiday weekend.

The only thing I’ve been putting into my body this morning is…

  1. Cool filtered water
  2. Black coffee
  3. Athletic Greens

Athletic Greens has been a staple of my nutrition plan for years now as it instantly provides vital micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, etc.) from real whole foods to give my body & fat-burning metabolism a BIG boost.

At high noon, I’ll do a Metabolic Conditioning workout to maximize the amount of junk calories my body will burn off.

The best part about these workouts is your metabolism will keep going many hours after you finish it.

This way you can be sitting on the couch tonight watching Netflix & still burning calories. Sounds good to me.

I’m going to go low carb the rest of the day as well.

Eating mostly protein, greens & quality fats.

Your body should be well stocked up with carbs from the weekend so your body will have plenty of energy to burn off.

Then later today I’ll pop into the sauna for a good 20 minutes.

This will help to sweat out some of the booze & other junk that’s in my body.

Plus it’s great for lowering inflammation to help you looking + feeling young.

Then it’s time to get a good night’s sleep to help your body recover & prepare for the next day.

I’ll take some SabaiDee CBD oil when I’m ready to start winding down. I sleep like a baby with this stuff it’s fantastic.

This is my recipe you can use today to get the ball back rolling.

We all get sidetracked here & there but don’t throw in the towel just yet!

Just get back on your plan, focus & then get to work.

It’s the only way.

I hate to see people have a bad holiday weekend then they’ll just give up & say they’ll start again “sometime soon.”

Yeah right! Haha

Next thing you know they’re going on a full month long binge fest.

The chances of them starting up again anytime soon drop to 0.0%.

Don’t be like that.

Get back on the horse right here, right now.

Now let’s get to work.
