One of the hidden causes of gaining flab around the 'waste'line is more common than you think.

You have responsibilities with work, family, events & it never seems to end…

I’m surprised we’re all not tearing our hair out. Haha

In response to this chronic stress, your body releases the stress hormone cortisol.

Studies have found excess long-term cortisol levels in the body lead to bellyflab gains.

One of the best ways to de-stress & allow our bodies to rejuvenate is through high-quality deep sleep.
