So what did you eat for breakfast today?

Growing up all I used to hear was eating breakfast was “the most important meal of the day.”

They pretty much let you know you’re better off smoking cigarettes & drinking scotch than skipping breakfast. Haha

But I can kinda see their point.

You’d think eating breakfast would provide your body with some energy for the day.

Butt the truth is you don’t need to eat breakfast to drop pounds.

A new review study just published 2 months ago found those skipping breakfast lost more weight than those eating breakfast.
