Just the other day one of my long term clients was reflecting on how much weight he’s lost since we started training.

He used to be about 100 pounds heavier just 2 years ago.

When I first met him he told me it was the highest weight he’s ever been & it came with numerous health problems.

He was on medications for diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol.

This was a wake up call for him that he had to make a change.

And I was more than happy to help him get started.

One of the BIG mistakes I see a lot of trainers & die-t coaches making is going too hard too fast.

Sure we all want quick results for our efforts but sometimes you have to start with the basics first.

He first told me back then that he would eat out & get take out every day of the week.

So first things first I put him on the same diet plan as The Flat Belly Formula that shows you how to eat smarter for faster results.

Then he started making his own food with the easy-to-follow recipes I gave him.

I still remember how proud he was telling me how much weight he was losing & how much money he was saving on eating out!

He rarely ever felt hungry as all the foods & meals I showed him were designed to increase the feelings of being full.

It was a lot more effortless than any other diet he tried before (and never stuck with).

I know the HARDEST part of any kind of die-t is the hunger part so I designed his plan to curb these appetites.

Now he still has about 10 pounds to lose but dropping 100 pounds in just 2 years is still pretty impressive if you ask me.

He’s also been off of medications for almost a year now & his recent blood work came back normal.
