Everybody’s stressed!

There’s no doubt about it. Haha

When it comes to everything you have to do with family, work, friends, events, kids, etc. it’s no wonder we’re all stressed to our max.

And when you’re stressed out there’s a good chance we’re going to EAT EAT EAT.

It’s a toxic cycle of getting stressed out, eating to compensate & then gaining more & more weight.

This obviously makes things quite difficult for losing those excess stubborn pounds.

I have a friend who gets stressed out & eats a whole large pepperoni pizza by himself.

I can’t even get a slice! Haha

But we all this “quick high” goes away fast.

Sure, you’ll feel good right after eating the food but we all know it goes away in the snap of a finger.

Then you’re right back at ground zero.

Stress can quickly sneak up on you & next thing you know you’re eating everything in sight.

Being too stressed all the time can even cause your body to release the cortisol hormone.

Cortisol has been linked in studies to causing belly-fat.

The best thing you can do is to “fight back” against this stress before it builds up in you.

I personally try to find time in the day to take a quick 20 minute power nap.

I’ll also take a full serving of stress-busting SabaiDee CBD oil every night before going to bed.

This stuff works like Magic to melt the stress right off my back.

I’ve also noticed I sleep like a log which greatly helps with countering the damaging effects of stress.

And if I’m already having a bad morning I’ll put a full dropper of SabaiDee CBD oil into my morning coffee.

Suddenly everything gets the volume turned down & nothing hardly stresses me out after that.

Stress is going to happen to us whether we like it or not.

So the best thing you can do is to “fight back” against it before it builds up in you.

Otherwise you could be like my friend & end up eating a whole pepperoni pizza by yourself! Haha
