One of the hardest parts of Intermittent Fasting is just getting through the fast.

If you're not used to it then going 16 straight hours without food can make anybody hungry.

It's the perfect recipe for grumpiness! Haha

One of my "tricks" is to drink coffee or tea when you're fasting to suppress your appetite.

And it'll even accelerate your metabolism giving your body an extra fat burn.

Yet I've noticed some people are doing it all wrong.

It's derailing the effects of fasting!
