Did you know there’s a good chance you have some obesogens in your body right now?

Obesogens are artificial chemicals that make your fatter + disrupt your hormones.

You can find them in a lot of plastics such as food containers, baby bottles & cookware.

Once these artificial chemicals enter your body they can disrupt your hormones & nervous system causing you to gain weight.

Here’s just one of many studies coming out finding just how bad these obesogens are for your health…

The scientists warn how these hormone disrupting obesogens can cause you to get fatter while also passing it on to your children.

Yikes!

The BIG problem with obesogens is you probably don't even know about them (or just how much they’re screwing with your body).

They work by activating estrogens receptors then it screws with your hormones throwing your body into a tailspin.

One of the biggest culprits is BPA.

There are boatloads of studies out there finding BPA exposure leads to weight gain + obesity.

BPA has also been linked to:

  • insulin resistance
  • heart disease
  • diabetes
  • neurological disorders
  • thyroid disfunction
  • cancer
  • autism

Nowadays you’ll find a lot of plastics labeled as “BPA Free,” but that doesn’t mean they’re good for you.

A lot of them just swapped out BPA for a similar artificial chemical like BPS.

Which end up doing the same bad things to your body!

Some of the hidden products that contain BPA include:

  • receipts
  • food packaging
  • water bottles (baby bottles too)
  • canned foods
  • aluminum cans
  • beauty products

It’s kinda crazy to think how many products we touch on a daily basis are loaded with BPA.

Now it’s probably impossible to get rid of all the BPA from our lives, but the best we can do is minimize it.

Try to eat more cruciferous veggies like broccoli to help detox away these obesogens from your body. Or if you don't like to eat veggies at least make sure you're taking Athletic Greens.
