Happy Labor Day weekend!

Hopefully you have some fun & relaxing times ahead of you this holiday weekend.

Fun fact about Labor Day: it's also the last day of Hot Dog Season! Haha

It's true… Hot Dog season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council says Americans eat 7 billion hot dogs during this time… woof!

Working in the fitness world I'll notice what we call the "summer slow down." This when most people throw their die-ts & workouts out the window for the summer.
