Hey hey!

Hope you had a great weekend & back on track with your die-t/workouts today.

Since the 4th of July is on Thursday I know a lot of people are either taking a long holiday weekend or even taking the whole week off.

Lucky dogs!

So right now it’s crunch time to make sure you stay on track before letting loose this long holiday weekend.

Then what’s the best way to burn off some extra pounds fast?

Fasted cardio.

If you’re using Intermittent Fasting then you shouldn’t be eating anything in the morning.

This is the perfect time to do some cardio to force your body to burn off more fat for energy.

Since you won’t have any incoming calories for your body to use it’s going to default to burning off the belly-fat.

Some people will tell you that fasted cardio isn’t any better than regular cardio but that’s hogwash.

If you’re trying to lose those extra Lbs. quickly before a holiday weekend then it’s one of the best things you can do.

You don’t have to go super intense with your cardio too.

20-40 minutes of steady paced fasted cardio is all you’re really going to need to crank up the fat being burned off your body.

Plus when you’re fasting you won’t have the energy you would if you had been eating earlier in the day.

So this is the one time I can actually recommend steady-paced cardio (when fasted) is highly effective for shedding excess poundage.

Butt the rest of the time is a different story.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) AKA Afterburn workouts are 900% more effective for faster long-term fat loss.

When you do these Afterburn workouts you’ll accelerate your metabolism while keeping your lean toned muscle.

Most of the time if you just do cardio you’ll end up losing weight but it’ll be mostly from muscle & fat.

So you can easily end up looking “skinny fat” where you body is mushy & dimply.

Kinda like a deflated balloon.

Woofola!

The key is to drop stubborn flabby pounds while keeping your lean muscle to shape + tone your body.

This is why measuring your inches, body fat percentage & how your clothes fit is WAY more telling of your results than just hopping on the scale in the morning.
