There’s something we have to talk about.

It’s about a “healthy food” people eat every day believing it’s good for them.

But in reality it’s total garbage.

I’m talking about granola bars.

Granola bars are without a doubt one of the worst “health” foods you can put in your body.

The troubling thing is according to a 2016 New York Times survey 70% of Americans think granola bars are healthy.

And I know we’ve all ate them as a quick breakfast “on-to-go” snack.

But pretty much every single granola bar you see is loaded with sugar, bad fats & refined carbs.

It’s kinda like eating a glorified candy bar, but not as fun. Haha

Most granola bars will try to spin it by saying their bar is all organic & non-GMO.

Well, it doesn’t matter since the junk ingredients inside are still going to cause you to pack on the pounds.

So it’s critical to make sure you check the label to know what you’re putting into your body.

Let’s take a look at the popular Nature Valley Granola Bar.

One glance at the label & you’ll discover it has 11g of sugar, only 3g of protein & uses fattening canola oil.

Plus when eating it the entire thing crumbles apart! Haha

This is why I say granola bars are garbage.

If you’re looking for a breakfast “on-the-go” you’re better off skipping it all together.

Practice Intermittent Fasting instead.

You’ll burn through more fat, think clearer & have better energy than you would chowing down these garbage granola bars.

Instead drink some of the superfood cocktail Athletic Greens, black coffee & cold water and you’ll be 10X better off.

Plus you’ll save yourself the trouble of having to clean off all the crumbs. Haha
