Happy Monday!

It seems like a while ago now but in the not too distant past my energy levels were rock bottom.

I’m talking about having to uncontrollably take a multiple hour nap in the afternoon.

My energy levels were so low that I struggled throughout the day to get anything done.

By the time 8pm rolled around I couldn’t keep my eyes open & I’d crawl into bed.

Long story short it wasn’t a whole lot of fun! Haha

Eventually I was so sick & tired of it I knew something had to be done.

I was over sucking down multiple energy drinks just to get through the day.

I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life feeling like such a slug.

I started digging deep into what was causing my energy levels to die off so deeply every single day of the week.

When I went to the doctor he told me to get more sleep & exercise more…

Which is crazy because all I did was sleep & I work as a personal trainer! Haha

Long story short I knew I had to do the heavy lifting on this one.

Thankfully I finally stumbled upon the root cause of my energy fatigue.
