I’ve talked about CBD oil briefly before but I’ve been getting more & more questions about this incredible hemp extract.

CBD oil is extracted from hemp plants and it’s become my new favorite thing to use.

First off, hemp definitely isn’t the “weed you smoke.” There are zero psychoactive properties in hemp and I like to think of it as a non-alcoholic beer (but with benefits).

I mostly take it to help me de-stress & sleep better.

I live a pretty active life so it can be hard to bring myself back down & relax.

I get so wound up at night after working out & training that it can be super hard for me to fall asleep.

I’ve been taking CBD oil for a while now & have seen sleep improve drastically plus my stress levels have gone way down.

Here are some of the benefits of taking CBD oil:

1. Sleep better. More and more studies are discovering just how good CBD oil is for improving your quality of sleep. Studies have found it helps you fall asleep faster & you’ll have a deeper rest. Even chronic insomniacs have seen instant improvements in their sleep.

2. Anxiety & Depression. If you’re suffering from anxiety & depression then I would highly recommend taking CBD oil 2-3x per day. Studies have found it to be quite effective for reducing anxiety & depressive symptoms. I even read a study finding it was effective (if not more) than prescription medication.

3. Reduces chronic pain. If your body is in pain then you know what it’s like to just want it to go away. Hardcore addictive prescription medications are usually prescribed, but they’re obviously not good to take long term. CBD has been found in a review study to be effective at reducing chronic pain. It’ll also help to fight addiction towards prescription medications.

4. Lowers stress levels. Just about everybody today is under a good amount of stress at any given moment. Stressful situations can pile up & begin to wreak havoc on your body. This can raise your cortisol levels & lead to belly-fat gains. CBD oil has been found to lower levels of chronic stress so you can be in a better mood & not so easily stressed out. There’s even a study out there finding those who took CBD were less stressed before a public speaking event.

5. Skin improvements. CBD oil has anti-inflammatory & anti-acne properties it. So much so it’s has been gaining lots of steam lately in the beauty industry. If you ever have any problems with acne or just want better skin then CBD oil will help do the job.


CBD oil extract is my new favorite thing in the world to take & it’s the real deal.

I only wish I had heard about it sooner so I could’ve been using it more than the past few months.
