Well now that Labor Day is over it’s finally time to get back on track.

This is the time of year I’ll notice people getting back into working out & dieting now now that all the summer fun is over.

And that’s a good thing! Haha

Now I tend to get a lot of questions on protein shakes…

“What protein shake do you recommend?”

“When should I drink the protein shake?”

“What else do you put in the protein shake?”

The truth is drinking a quality protein shake (at the right times) is going to help you get better & faster results.

My shake recipe will help your body burn more fat, fight aging, improve joint health & gain lean toned muscle.

You see right after your workout your body is liked a dried out sponge.

It’s just thirsty for the right nutrients to slingshot up your results.

I recommend drinking half your protein shake before you workout & then finishing the rest after.

This way you get some nutrients into your body for your workout.

But if for some reason it’s hard for you to drink half the shake before then just drinking it all after works too.

Here’s my daily protein shake recipe I’ve perfected over the years…

The BioTrust Low Carb Protein powder is my favorite as it’s sourced from grass-fed cows. It’s tastes good, low carb & naturally sweetened with stevia.

I like having Athletic Greens in my shake as it adds a ton of vital nutrients to fuel my body with.

It contains 75 ingredients sourced from real whole foods including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, gut-boosting probiotics, energy & hormonal support. (Plus it adds a sweet berry flavor to the shake)

I’ll add a tbsp of raw cacao powder since it’s a very potent antioxidant.

After working out your body will thrive off of antioxidants to replenish any “damage” done to your body from the workout.

Then I’ll finish off my protein shake with Ageless Collagen.

Collagen has a ton of benefits from improving your skin, hair, reducing cellulite & smoothing out wrinkles.

I’ll usually shake all of these up in my shaker bottle, drink half before going to the gym, then drink the rest when I get back home.
