Hey hey!

Hope you had a fantastic 4th of July with lots of BBQ & fireworks.

Summer time is usually the time when people are out-and-about doing things & enjoying life.

But if your energy levels aren’t what they used to be then that can rip the fun right out of your summer.

I was plagued by incredibly low energy levels back in my youth & I had no idea what was going on.

I would literally crash out in the afternoon for hours at a time.

You couldn’t pay me to get up!

And I wasn’t just being lazy. Haha

Turns out there was something I was missing that absolutely crushed my energy levels.

So today I’m going to share with you my top 3 ways I’ve uncovered for rejuvenating your energy levels.

1. Missing Micronutrients

What are micronutrients? They’re the small vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, probiotics, etc. your body needs to thrive. More & more research is coming out discovering just how important these micronutrients are for your health & energy.

When you start to miss out on these micronutrients your body doesn’t run efficiently. Kinda like a car that’s missing a spark plug. Yeah it might putter down the road but it’s not going to be running at 100%.

Here just one study from The Journal of International Medical Research finding just important micronutrients are for your energy & well-being.

There are even studies finding missing these micronutrients can lead to other serious health problems like cancer, heart disease, weight gain & diabetes.

So what’s the best way to get all your micronutrients?

I’d first off start taking an all-in-one nutritional insurance supplement like Athletic Greens.

It contains a ton of these vital micronutrients from REAL whole foods. Nothing chemical or synthetic here.

Even if you’re eating as healthy as a fox you could still be missing some micronutrients. Plus it contains probiotics to boost your gut health which can also be the cause of energy fatigue. That’s why Athletic Greens is at the TOP of my list.

2. Out-of-Whack Hormones

Ever get that energy crash in the afternoon?

There’s a very BIG reason why this happens. Usually we eat a lunch that spikes our blood sugar & releases excess insulin into the body.

When your body goes through these hormonal fluctuations it crushes your energy levels.

This is why so many of us experience the afternoon “carb crash” & we all wish we could take a nap then. Haha

So the best thing you can do for your lunch is to avoid sugars, refined carbs & other foods that are high on the Glycemic index.

Try to keep your carbs to a minimum during your lunch & instead eat more protein & healthy fats.

When you’re following a diet like The Flat Belly Formula then you’ll already be automatically following all of these rules. I’ve laid everything out for you step-by-step to not only drop stubborn pounds but you’ll also skyrocket your energy levels too.

3. Nightmare Sleep

Now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know getting a bad nights sleep is going to throw your energy right into the dumpster.

When you think about it we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping. So it makes sense to put a little more effort into improving the quality of your sleep.

I know many of us aren’t able to get all the hours of sleep we want whether it be from kids, a job or other responsibilities.

But what you can do is improve the quality of your sleep.

The better quality of sleep you’re getting the most rested you’re going to feel the next day.

So what are some simple ways to improve your sleep?

First of all I’d leave your phone on the other side of the room when going to sleep. There’s not a single person on the planet who is tempted to play on their phone while in bed. But next thing you know you’re staying up way longer than you should watching crazy YouTube videos. Haha

Keep your bedroom cool too. Studies have found the ideal sleep temperature is between 60-67 degrees. Also completely black out your bedroom. If there are any little lights then use some black tape to cover them.

Try to go to bed & wake up at or near the same time every day. Your body likes a sleep routine so the better you can follow one the more your body will thank you. But if you really need to sleep in on the weekends to catch up then you can do that too.

I’ve also been taking SabaiDee CBD oil for a while now & it without a doubt helps me fall asleep deeper & faster by 10X.

Sometimes I have to teach a workout class at night & it can get me so riled up it can be hard to fall asleep. But after taking some of this CBD oil I’ll pass out lickety split.

So those are the top 3 ways your energy levels are in the gutter & what to do about it.

It’s summer time so we’d all like to have a little more energy to do the things we want to do.

Get these 3 things covered & you’ll not only skyrocket your energy but you’ll feel like you have a new life too.

Have a great weekend.

Josh
