Happy Monday fun day!

Hope you had a fun & relaxing weekend…

And now that it’s the start of the week once again I hope you’re ready to grab the bull by horns.

If you’re like most people then there’s a good chance you splurged a little over the weekend…

And there’s nothing wrong with that if you’re doing everything else right.

The best way to “bounce back” after the weekend bloat is to get right back on the Intermittent Fasting train.

It’s far & away the simplest method to drop those extras lbs lickety-split.

But what’s the perfect fasting schedule?

I’m all about the 16/8.

So for 16 hours you’re fasting & not eating a thing.

Then you’ll follow it up with an 8 hour feeding window.

Unfortunately, most people make the mistake of eating anything they want during their feeding window…

And that’s not how it works!

You have to keep it right & tight the rest of the time to get results.

Yet I know getting through your fasting window can be hard if you’re not used to it…

And I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way that make fasting easier & it’ll get you better results at the same time.

So here’s my perfect fasting schedule after years of fasting myself & reading all the latest studies.

8PM - Last meal of the day (Dinner is usually my biggest meal of the day. It’ll help to fuel you through the fast for tomorrow.)

10PM-6AM - Sleep

6AM - 1 glass of cold water upon waking

6:15AM - 2 cups of black coffee

7:00AM - 1 serving of Athletic Greens

7:15AM - Workout

8:00AM - 1-2 glasses of water

8:30AM - 2 cups of unsweetened tea (I like matcha green tea)

10:00AM - 1 serving of Keto Elevate

12:00PM - Break Fast

This is my fasting window that’s become my routine & it’ll give you the biggest “bang for your buck” for getting results.

It’s a good idea to drink coffee & tea as they’re both thermogenic. This just means they’ll force your body to burn more fat and give you an energy boost.

I’ll always take my all-in-one superfood “multivitamin on steroids” Athletic Greens too.

It’ll provide your body with vital micronutrients your body & metabolism needs to thrive. Plus it has whole food based ingredients that’ll boost your energy, improve your gut health & enhance your fasting results.

Finally, the last couple hours of your fast can be the hardest.

This is usually when the “hunger pangs” start to set in.

So then it’ll be the perfect time for Keto Elevate.
