Happy Monday fun day!

Hope you had a phenomenal weekend & things are getting back on track.

If you kinda ‘fell off the wagon’ this weekend now is the perfect time to get back on that horse.

I just came across a brand spanking new study finding this kind of exercise 3X the amount of belly-fat burned.

It’s the same kind of exercise & workouts I’ve been doing for years.

They just work.

And they work like gangbusters.

So what is this kind of exercise that TRIPLES the belly-flab burned?

Interval training.

This new study found those who used vigorous intensity interval training had 300% more fat-loss.

Those using interval training also had an improvement in lean body mass too.

One of the things I have to remind my clients is they might not see a huge change on the weight scale.

This is because they’re burning flabby fat pounds but they’re also gaining a little bit of lean toned muscle.

This lean muscle is going to help to shape & tone their body into a more attractive physique.

So this is naturally going to cause some discrepancies when you weigh yourself.

You could be getting fantastic results by burning boatloads of fat but if you’re also adding a little bit of muscle then it’s going to throw off the scale.

This is why I always have them measure their inches + body fat percentage instead of what the scale says.
