Why it’s easier to gain Lbs. as you get older

Want to know the real reason why it becomes so much easier to gain stubborn Lbs. as you age? And more importantly what you can do about it?

It’s no secret the older you get the more likely you are to add unwanted pounds to your body.

It feels like the 3rd law of life…

A new study has found the reason…

The researchers found those who have trouble keeping the weight off as they get older is because their bodies don’t burn as much fat as they used to.

This essentially means your body isn’t going to burn fat for energy as much (or as efficiently) as when you were younger.

And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out this is going to make you pack on the pounds as the years go by.

We’re going to be fighting an uphill battle to keeping the excess poundage off with each passing year.

So what can you do to not end up gaining “age weight”?

The key is going to be to keep your fat-burning metabolism SKY HIGH.

You see most people will cut back on a little bit on how much they eat & exercise more but that isn’t going to be enough as you age.

You’re going to have to take things up a notch.
