We've noted the Assisted Purchase orders have surged past few weeks and many of our customers are looking for surgical masks. Those are hard to buy in many countries, yet they are in stock in China and Hong Kong (more expensive than before, but still better than nothing).
We are willing to help and therefore we've decided to buy the most common masks in advance and put those to our "Tiptrans e-shop". Now you can just click "Buy" and that's it, no need to use Assisted Purchase service. We've bought the standard 3PLY surgical masks and the most popular KN95, which is CN certification similar to EU's FFP2.
How it works
- get your own Tiptrans Account
- open "Tiptrans e-shop" and "buy" selected item
- please remember we have different products in Hong Kong and different in China. Pay attention to the location (otherwise, you might have multiple packages in multiple locations, which might not be something you want to)
- we will pack ordered items and add them to your Tiptrans box, the same way as if you receive a package from your supplier
- then just select carrier according to your preferences and order mailout
We buy masks at street prices almost every day. Those tend to fluctuate, so you might see different prices every day (either higher or lower). We do not want to profit from this, our intention is to help our customers. Please be patient if your order is not fulfilled immediately, we might need a few days to finish it (our goal is 3 working days).
We are not aware of any issue with the customs at this moment, those masks are treated as protective gear (against dust). Actually, it's quite opposite, many countries eased customs procedures for such goods.
