• EASY, PEASY FIRE-MAKING - Our mini fire-starter includes both a magnesium block for creating a fast burning, hot source of combustible material, and an integrated high-quality ferrocerium rod to shower that pile of magnesium with hot, fire-starting sparks in any weather. And when you add one of our CHOKTAW Tinder Tabs to the pile, you've got a small scalable fire source that will last at least 2 minutes - plenty of time to add in more kindling and wood.

• THE ULTIMATE FERRO-ROD SCRAPER - Our new Cerastrike™ ceramic ferro-rod scrapers are finally here! We created these because our customers kept asking for a sharper scraper that would throw crazy sparks, guaranteed. Cerastrike™ scrapers are lightweight, durable, and very sharp on the corners for the perfect spark-throwing tool. They've also got serrated teeth on one side for shredding tinder, and because they're made from ceramic, you can also use them to sharpen your knives!

• EMERGENCY FIRE TINDER INCLUDED - This mini fire-making kit also comes stocked with a small supply of long CHOKTAW® Tinder Tabs, which we designed to be easy to light in all weather conditions and highly resistant to water, wind, and weather. This all-natural, waxed jute tinder is the best fire-starting tinder we've come across, and we use it ourselves regularly in the field. Each tab lasts up to two minutes when shredded and bird nested, and up to four minutes as a wick.
