Hi,

We’re reaching out with an update on the actions Treatwell is taking in response to the evolving Coronavirus pandemic.

The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers, team and salon partners - many of whom are small, independent businesses - is of paramount importance to us - today and every day. As the situation continues to develop, I wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you personally that we are doing everything in our power to protect and support both our customers and partners.

We’re closely following the guidelines set out by the government and World Health Organisation to inform our actions and advise our salon partners accordingly.

It’s incredibly important that salons and clients take measures to prevent the spreading of germs. This includes increasing hygiene precautions - both personally, by washing your hands thoroughly and frequently, and of the salon environment. We also ask that if you’re ill or have been told to self-isolate, you do not attend any appointments - whether booked on Treatwell or not. To support we have amended some of our policies. Any appointments booked on Treatwell can be amended (up to 1 hour before) or cancelled (up to 24 hours before) at no charge. Our Customer Experience team are also able to assist with any cancellations outside of this period.

We hope that wherever you are, you’re safe and well and managing to stay positive in this uncertain situation. I know you’ll join us in thinking about both the beauty industry, community and the many other small businesses who are likely to be impacted as this situation continues to unfold.
