An exciting new chapter is set to come for both Regulation A and Regulation Crowdfunding as the SEC announced some long-awaited new changes set to roll out soon.

There are tons of changes that the agency crafted to “harmonize and improve” the exempt offering framework. You’d love what they have in store for all of you.

These developments could not come at a better time. Once in effect, more companies will be encouraged to take the equity crowdfunding route, resulting in even better deals for investors.

A study by Crowdfund Capital Advisors is proving that Regulation CF caters to a wide variety of businesses.

According to their findings: The top industry groups in 2019 groups were “entertainment, application software, consumer packaged goods, restaurants, alcoholic beverages, real estate, biotechnology, computer hardware, education, utilities, personal services, advertising and marketing services, autos, consulting and banks.”
