Real estate solutions company Nuurez, Inc. has reached an important funding milestone this week, surpassing the $600k mark in its current round.
The company acquires direct or indirect control of target properties then purchase, lease or partner with affiliate investors to make those properties available. The unique business model aims to provide an alternative residential solution for millennials and travelers.
Nuurez also provides additional income for its own investors who wish to use their homes or properties for home-sharing through affiliate investors.
Accepting investments starting at $500, the company is raising funds to acquire more properties and grow.

Updates and Highlights:
Purchased a brand new duplex in Kissimmee, Florida that will rent for about $300 per night per floor. The two units from the acquisition raise the total units for Nuurez at 19 and counting.
Launched a Nuurez reward system where all investors can come and stay and vacation at these properties at a heavy discount. NuuRez investors who have stayed at the properties are sharing great reviews.
Video testimonials that would showcase the properties are on their way.
What's Next:
Target to finish the current funding round with a million dollar raise by the end of February.
Will immediately begin a Regulation A+ round of fundraising with a target of $50 million to be used primarily for property acquisition.
