Equity Crowdfunding has set a new record in Q3 2020, with companies raising $72.9M, marking the biggest amount raised in a quarter to date, according to the latest report from Pitchbook’s Venture Monitor. Just this third quarter, 316 companies launched their Regulation Crowdfunding offerings.
