October sure is an exciting month for us... not only did we launch Probate, it's also National Estate Planning Awareness Week (17th-23rd). This makes it the perfect time to complete your plan. Here are a few questions to consider...
Is a Will or a Trust best for you? What progress have you made recently in your estate plan?
Remember, the only way to avoid probate is with a Trust. While having a Will can make probate easier, it doesn't offer the full protection of a Trust. The worst thing is having no plan at all.
