We’re constantly working to improve our products and services in an effort to support and enable every family to leave their legacy. As our products and services evolve, so do the terms governing them. The latest updates to our terms and privacy policy will go into effect September 19, 2023. Terms and Conditions

• We’ve clarified the language describing the various users within our ecosystem
• We've eliminated our user generated content forum, so we have removed language relating to user generated content
• We’ve added new language for professionals, regarding use of our Advisor Platform and other similar services

Privacy Policy

• We’ve included new language to correspond with state privacy law updates
• We’ve updated the types of data collected to encompass the information required to support estate settlement in probate
• We've added new information about applicant and employee privacy
