The worldwide spread of the Coronavirus has forced many businesses such as gyms to temporarily close down. Now after being closed for several weeks, gyms have slowly started reopening. This raises the question; is it ok to back to the gym during a pandemic?

What to consider when going back to the Gym:
 
 
1. Classes
 
Avoid classes that have too many people in them.
 
2. Workout
 
While it may be tempting to work out with your friends, it is safer to workout alone.
 
3. Protection
 
Use grips and gloves for each workout to protect your hands from germs.
 
 
 
4. Equipment
 
Bring your own equipment such as mats, bottles, etc.
 
5. Hygiene
 
Bring your own towel when you’re going to work out.
 
6. Disinfection
 
Spray all machines and equipment with alcohol before and after each
exercise.
