It’s been a super busy few weeks for the Unforgettable team. We’ve had some exciting developments, amazing feedback from customers – and we’ve moved offices!


We’re delighted to say that the New Year got off to a great start for Unforgettable. We had a great response to our customer survey – more than 600 people have volunteered to take part. The recent BBC drama 'Care' highlighted the need for support and advice when choosing a care home for someone you love, especially if they’re about to be discharged from hospital. There are people who can help you navigate the system – without costing you a penny. Pat Ellenger, Adviser for CHS Healthcare, explains.
