Be YOUR Best Self
Hey there,

We've all heard the concept of "being your best self." But what does that really mean? For starters, being your best self is not about trying to be perfect. It means drawing on your strengths to become the person you want to be. Here are a few tips to get you on your way:

1. Think about what really makes you happy. Not what you think should make you happy, but what activities really bring you joy in life. Write them down.

2. Next, make a list of your strengths. And don't be judgmental! It could be things you're really good at, or qualities you admire about yourself.

3. Look at those two lists and think about how you can use your strengths to bring more value and happiness to your life. Who do you want to be?

4. Now, describe that best self. It doesn't have to be complicated, it could be as simple as "I get up early, so I can have time to myself. I am energetic and thoughtful." or "I am confident at work, and my coworkers look to me for guidance."

5. Finally, set a few goals that will help you get there. Aim to get up 30 minutes early every day. Plan to take a coworker to coffee once a week. Whatever your goals, start small and attainable.
