Liz here, Co-founder & Creative Director of Weezie! What a week it’s been! From launching our Holiday Shop to a quick trip back to my hometown of Austin and some new favorite finds, there’s a lot to catch you up on!

Our Holiday Shop launched this week and WOW – I hoped it would be a hit, and you all didn’t let me down! It’s only October, and I’m already worried about some of my favorites selling out!

I’ll be so sad when these go – the embroidery is beyond detailed, and it’s the little touches that really stand out.

I just got back from a weekend in Austin for the UGA vs. UT game. Even though I’m a Dawg fan through and through, there’s nothing like being back in my hometown. We stayed at The Carpenter Hotel, and every detail was so thoughtful – I’m always inspired by a well-designed space!
And I'm excited to be headed home to my own soon-to-be well-designed space - we’re mid reno, turning our 1900s carriage house into a livable space! When the big stuff gets overwhelming (like the massive hole in our house!), I focus on the little details. Right now, I’m loving this scalloped rattan urn, a sweet soap holder, and the cutest settee I found. Crosby Designs is making my dreams come true!
I had to share a brand I came across recently because it started for the same reason Weezie did – to solve a problem! It’s called Lav, and the founder came up with the idea after constantly dealing with leaky salad dressing containers during work lunches. Her solution? Single-use, easy-to-transport, healthy salad dressings! I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m about to place my order!
This summer I was on a kick with GP’s Classic-ish Cobb Salad (forever a GP fan!), but I’m still on the hunt for my perfect fall salad. If you have a favorite, let me know! Also, I’m on the lookout for a great Christmas cookie recipe – balance is key, right? Luckily, I have the apron to prove it – our Women's Rick Rack Apron (and the mini version for your little helpers!).
