30 days of meditation?

namaste,

so I've been studying and practicing meditation since way back before it was 'normal'

full disclosure: since the early 90s I've studied seventeen different forms of meditation

(in truth of course, one is all you need

but I found that each has its own nuanced perspective on big T truth as I call it)

I'd really love to share with you some of what I've learned...

in a way that's most accessible and easy for you to do

I'd love your feedback! what would YOU like (and in what form)?

I was thinking short audio meditations?

and putting a timeframe on it that people may commit to..like 30 days or 45 days...

nothing too daunting, but that might embed the habit

I'd deeply appreciate your thoughts on what would be most valuable to you

what you'd actually do - that would serve you on your wellness journey

I'm not sure what role the oils might play, d'you have any thoughts on that?

any ideas at all are so welcome - something you've done before that you loved, how important community would be, or would you prefer a solo journey? if you'd value an accountability buddy or not, if you'd like the oils to be part of the meditation or not...?
