"During these arduous times, my thoughts first and foremost go out to those affected by this horrible illness and the amazing frontline workers who are tackling this. However tough this may seem now, we will come through the other side and it’s imperative that people keep themselves active, not just for physical health but mental wellbeing too.

"The most important thing is to create a routine, that way you have a schedule and you’re more likely to stick to it. I like to physically write down my day and structure it by the hour, so I have something to look forward to and can easily build in my fitness sessions."
