levated blood sugar levels, a weakened immune system, impaired digestive system, sugar or salt cravings, hormone imbalance, mood disorders (depression, anxiety and mood imbalances) and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

"It is not possible to remove all stress from our lives, but we can take measures to reduce it in almost all situations."
