The Costco Gift Certificate (Issued in the form of a Digital Costco Shop Card): To qualify for the Digital Costco Shop Card, you must purchase a qualifying FIFA Match Package that is exclusively available to Costco Members with a valid Visa® card. Costco Membership must be active and in the purchasers name to qualify for the Digital Costco Shop Card.
The Digital Costco Shop Card is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion. The Digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed from Costco 3 – 4 weeks after your purchase of the qualifying package to the email address that is on the Costco Membership. An email address on the Costco Membership is required to qualify. The Digital Costco Shop Card will not be emailed to the email address provided to OLE with the purchase of the qualifying package if it is not also on the active Costco membership. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Digital Costco Shop Cards may be used toward merchandise at any Costco warehouse throughout the United States, or toward online purchases at Costco.com. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not accepted at Food Court Kiosks.
FIFA Match Packages are excluded from Costco Executive Members annual 2% executive rewards.
