1Each pair of eyeglasses (new frame and lenses) must be for the same individual. Order transactions must occur on the same day. Not valid with any other promotion. Selection varies by location. 2If a Costco Executive Member commits to a minimum of two (2) months of storage with PODS, the member shall receive: (i) standard local delivery at no charge, (ii) redeliveries at no charge (limited to four redeliveries per 12 month period), (iii) 20% off first month's storage and recurring monthly storage, and (iv) 20% off long-distance transportation. If the two-month minimum commitment is not met, all promotional discounts will be reversed. Member will be charged PODS' standard published rates for all services, including the initial delivery fee and any redelivery fees, which will be reflected on the final invoice.
3Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. The Costco Shop Card amount is based on the pretax price of installed purchases through the Costco Home Improvement Installed Products program, and some exceptions apply, such as preparation work or additional products purchased. Please see your dealer representative for details. Digital delivery of the Costco Shop Card(s) is the standard method and may take up to 7 days after Costco's receipt of your signature on the project completion paperwork. The email will be sent from [email protected]. You may also opt out of digital delivery; however, processing plastic Costco Shop Cards may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at the mailing address you provided.
