Cleaning all surfaces of the entire store multiple times a day along with high-touch surfaces that will be cleaned even more frequently
Committed to CleanlinessIn addition to ensuring the physical store is clean and sanitized and employees are healthy, we want to make you aware of our ongoing process to ensure our clothing is also safe. We take very seriously the importance of following rigorous processes in the cleaning, sanitizing and preparing of our rental clothing. All rental clothing is immediately sent to our industry-leading dry-cleaning facilities where it is processed by our expert team for the next customer.
Flexibility and Support for Your Rental OrderWe anticipate that many special events and proms will be postponed or cancelled. Either way, we want to assure you that if you have placed an order with us, we will be flexible and take care of you:
If your event is postponed, we will maintain your order details and measurements—a simple phone call can reactivate your order
If the event is cancelled, we will give you the choice of a gift card for the full amount plus an additional discount of 20% to use on any order (some restrictions may apply) or a full refund
Once you’ve made your choice, please give us a call
In some cases, we may learn of a change to your event and a member of our store or Customer Service team will personally connect with you to determine the best next step.
