We thank you for your patience as we are working on fulfilling each order with accuracy and quality control. Every piece of jewelry is finely inspected carefully packed.
We do apologize if we cant get to each customer’s concern as we are operating on a very small scale and are working through hundreds of orders, in which we are very grateful for. We are moving as fast as we can however the process is taking longer than normal.
If you haven't received a FedEx tracking number yet, this means your order is still in the queue waiting to be pulled, inspected, processed, packed, and shipped. We have received hundreds of orders in a short time and are pulling them in the order they were placed.
Once your order is pulled and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automatic email with your FedEx tracking number. Please give the tracking number 24hrs before you begin to see package movement.
- If you placed multiple orders, please note that we are unable to combine orders and refund shipping. Doing that slows down the process and is no longer possible.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address based on travel or other reasons, please email us at [email protected] with updated information. Address changes can only be made PRIOR to your order being shipped.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package to another address.
We anticipate all orders to ship no later than October 31st perhaps sooner, but we hope to be caught up by then.
