Updates to how you log into your account

We’re making some exciting updates to improve your experience with Speedo, designed to make everything faster, simpler, and more seamless.

Here’s what to expect:

• Improved performance with faster load times
• Smoother navigation across key pages
• A new password-free login experience from 24th June:
• Enter your email address
• Receive a one-time code
• Enter the code and you’re in

Simple, secure, and quicker - so you can spend less time logging in and more time focusing on your swim.

A couple of things to be aware of:

• Temporary disruptions may occur as updates are rolled out.
• Account credit may not be visible immediately after the update - but it remains safe and will appear shortly.
• Messaging centre changes: we’re retiring the in-account messaging centre. You can now reach us via email, live chat, or phone. Previous messages will no longer be visible.

There’s no action required from your end, everything will continue to work as usual, and our team is actively monitoring the updates to ensure a smooth transition.
