I don't normally chat sales here, but Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale is on through August 9, and the beauty deals are too good to ignore. I won't lie—out of the hundreds of sales I've covered in my time as an editor, sales with truly fantastic offerings are few and far between. The Who What Wear team and I will never recommend a product we don't think you'll absolutely love, but sometimes there's only a handful of worthy products, or, on the other hand, there are plenty of worthy products but the savings are, well, meh. This Anniversary Sale is one of the few exceptions, and I found myself scrolling (for hours) through an embarrassment of riches. As a disclaimer, sales can be tricky to cover. There's the potential sellout factor, and the deals and price reductions can fluctuate, especially as we get further along into the sale. If you want to score one of my recommendations below, I'd move fast.

First up, two designer deals that made me do a double take. You can expect to find one of Prada's Universal Lip Balms in every bag I own (that pretty much goes for the entire WWW edit staff), and I love that this set features a full-size tube. It also comes with an adorably packaged Prada hand cream, which is spiked with skin-softening ingredients like iris, niacinamide, biotin, and shea butter. For my makeup lovers, you can't go wrong with YSL's Make Me Blush and Loveshine Lip Oil Stick. Both come in the shade 44 Nude Lavallière, which just so happens to be a Dua Lipa favorite.

No makeup bag is complete without one of Victoria Beckham Beauty's Satin Kajal Liners—they are the dreamiest on the market and well worth the price tag if you're looking for stunning pigment, long-lasting wear, and buttery-smooth application. This collection includes five shades: Silver Glaze, Night Flash, Sequin Green, Smoky Quartz, and Gold Lamé, and you'll even get a sharpener and volume-boosting mascara. Second, you already know that I like to talk until I'm blue in the face about Charlotte Tilbury's Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray, and two bottles for $53 almost feels like it should be a mistake. This is the only setting spray that not only preserves my makeup but actually makes it look better as the day or night wears on. If you don't want to take my word for it, check out the nearly perfect five-star rating and 436 reviews on Nordstrom's website.

If you're looking to score some A+++ skincare for absolute robbery (I kid… kind of), add Dr. Diamond's Instafacial Plasma Bioactive Growth Factor Serum Duo to your cart before it's gone. There's a reason every beauty editor and celebrity absolutely eats this stuff up. The pretty pink serum contains a potent blend of bioengineered human identical growth factors and multiple types of peptides to smooth, lift, tighten, and brighten the skin. I especially love it because it has a dewy, lightweight feel, gives my skin a glossy glow, and is easy to wear under makeup or layer underneath the rest of my skincare. For under $100 you can also nab my number one solution for dark, sleepy under-eyes: Augustinus Bader's Eye Patches. These are expensive, but they're one of the only patches that truly give me a noticeable before-and-after transformation. I don't use them every day, but they've become a favorite ritual for special occasions or when I wake up looking especially vampirish. Like the rest of the AB collection, they're powered by the brand's iconic TFC8 technology to hydrate, plump, and brighten.

This French-made repellent and body cream combo is a forever summer essential. It's formulated by pharmacist Amèle Moussaoui and features key ingredients like eucalyptus citriodora, geranium rosat, atlas cedar, and clove to naturally deter pesky insects. That said, thanks to skin-softening agents like Moroccan essential oils and andiroba, it smells incredibly yummy. |

Brushing my teeth is a chore, so I find ways to make it fun. Selahatin is an elevated Swedish oral-care brand that makes this twice-daily practice feel more like a sensual, sacred ritual. The brand's toothpastes, mouthwashes, and oral sprays are delightfully scented, rich, and luxurious. My new favorite? Its Rick Owens collab. Vanilla, verbena, Sichuan pepper, and citrus collide in your mouth for a completely unique brushing experience. |
