Support seven days a week
Our customer support team will be available throughout the week, with reduced hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Smarter out-of-hours assistance
In the coming months, we will introduce an AI Customer Assistant to help outside normal office hours with booking information, travel guidance, cancellation information and other common enquiries.
When an issue requires personal attention, your enquiry will be recorded and passed to our customer support team. A member of the team will review it during office hours, with urgent travel-day matters prioritised and escalated where appropriate.
We know that trust is earned through actions, not promises. That is why we are investing in better technology, stronger communication and closer working relationships with our parking operators.
