We just won our birthright citizenship case at the Supreme Court.

Today, the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's executive order attacking birthright citizenship. President Trump attempted to rewrite the Constitution by executive fiat – and we stopped him.

This was more than a legal case. It was a fight against President Trump's efforts to create a permanent subclass of people born in this country but denied their rights as American citizens. Our milestone victory proves unequivocally that the president does not decide who belongs in this country.

This case was personal for our team, several of whom are second-generation Americans like me, and I know it was for many of our members, too.
