Creamy Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Morning Complete Mixed Berry
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whole berries.

Morning Citrus Spritzer
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Morning Complete Citrus Medley
8 ounces sparkling water (plain or lightly flavored citrus)
2 ounces fresh orange juice
1 fresh lemon, juiced
3 fresh mint leaves (optional)
1 orange slice, for garnish
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Put 1 scoop of Morning Complete Citrus Medley in the bottom of a glass and top with sparkling water, orange juice, and fresh lemon juice (if using). Stir gently to combine. Add ice. Garnish with mint leaves and an orange slice.
