Happy Monday

You're 19 days down.
If you are reading this, you are still here. That makes you rare.

Most people have already given up. Their "New Year, New Me" energy ran out around last Thursday.

Why? Because the excitement is gone.

Here is the truth nobody tells you: Consistency is boring.

Real progress isn't an Instagram reel.
It’s waking up when you’re tired.
It’s eating the same meals.
It’s lifting the same weights until they feel light enough to add more.
It’s doing the work when nobody is watching, and nobody is clapping.

That boredom is where the magic happens.

Everyone is chasing excitement.
They switch programs,
they switch diets,
they switch supplements every time they get bored.

They move horizontally, never vertically.

Don't do that.

You won't see massive changes in two and a half weeks. You see them in two months.
But only if you refuse to break the chain.

You aren't "motivated" anymore. That feeling is gone. Wave it goodbye.
Now, you are disciplined.

Motivation is a feeling, but discipline is a decision.

Week 3 starts now. Don't switch up. Just keep going.
— Mike Rashid

P.S. Consistency requires tools that work. If you are serious about sticking to the plan, make sure your supply doesn't run dry.
