American Golf Brand Perception Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 
1. Prize and eligibility 
There will be one winner selected at random from all valid entries. 
The prize is a £250 American Golf gift card. 
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 
Employees of American Golf, its affiliates, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter. 
2. How to enter 
Customers must complete the brand perception survey using the link provided via email. 
The survey will be completed through a data capture form. 
To be entered into the prize draw, customers must provide their email address within the survey form. 
The email address provided will be used to contact the winner. 
The prize draw opens on Friday 5 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 7 June 2026. 
One entry per customer. 
3. Winner selection and notification 
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. 
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey form within 7 days of the closing date. 
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be selected at random. 
If a maximum of three selected winners fail to respond, the prize will be repurposed for a future promotion or event. 
4. General terms 
American Golf is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, including entries affected by technical issues. 
Customers must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the prize draw. 
Personal data will be processed in accordance with American Golf’s Privacy Policy, available at www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html. 
American Golf reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if necessary. 
The decision of American Golf is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
This prize draw is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
