American Golf Trade-In Terms & Conditions 
Trade-in credit with 20% extra for New clubs only  
American Golf Trade-In is available exclusively to American Golf Club members. A Club card must be scanned at the time of the transaction. American Golf Club membership is free, and customers may register at the time of trade-in. 
Trade-in is not available to trade or wholesale customers and is valid in American Golf stores only. 
All irons within a set must have matching heads, shafts, and shaft flexes. Mixed sets cannot be accepted. 
Combo iron sets comprising a combination of hybrids and irons must include a minimum of a #7 iron. For example: 4, 5 and 6 hybrids with 7, 8, 9 and PW irons. A set containing a #7 hybrid but no #7 iron will not be accepted. 
All clubs must be authentic and non-counterfeit. 
Clubs that have been stamped, engraved, or otherwise personalised cannot be accepted for trade-in. 
Damage, condition, and general wear and tear will be taken into consideration during the valuation process and may result in a reduced valuation or rejection of the clubs. 
Any head covers, tool kits, torque wrenches, or other related accessories originally supplied with the clubs must be included with the trade-in. 
Trade-in valuations can only be provided in-store following an examination of the clubs. 
Valuations are correct at the time they are provided but may be amended without notice. 
Trade-in valuations remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue. 
Customers trading in clubs against a new custom-fit order must retain their existing clubs until the custom-fit order has been fulfilled. Please note that a revaluation of the trade-in may be required when the order is fulfilled. Any reduction in valuation resulting in a deposit shortfall must be paid by the customer. 
There is no limit to the number of items that can be traded in or the number of trade-in transactions a customer may complete. 
Credit issued for trade-in items must be redeemed in a single transaction and can only be used in-store. 
All clubs must be cleaned prior to being presented for trade-in. 
American Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw the Trade-In service at any time without prior notice and without liability. 
Your statutory rights are not affected. 
The value of goods purchased must be equal to or greater than the trade-in credit being redeemed.  
Trade-in cannot be applied retrospectively. Once a custom-fit order has been fulfilled, it cannot be returned for reprocessing with a trade-in at a later date.
