You should do these 3 things every day

Let’s be honest. For all the sitting we do, we aren’t very good at it. Slouching and craning our heads forward can put a lot of pressure on our joints. Do your body a favor by standing and sitting up straight to protect your joints, from your neck to your knees.

Listen to Your Body

Movement is important – and so is listening to your body’s signals. Avoid activities that stress joints or increase discomfort, and balance activity and rest.

Stay Active

Less movement means more stiffness in your joints, so try to get up and get moving – it can ease joint stiffness, strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints, and help us maintain a healthy weight. Walking, swimming and cycling are all low-impact ways to stay active.
