For the past ten years, Nicole has spent her summers on the North Fork. Drawn to its land, water, vineyards and incredible food scene, she found a slower way of life, a place for family and friends to gather and escape the city.
During the pandemic, Nicole and her children opened Morning Sun, a small farm and farm stand where they grow food, raise chickens and care for the land together.
She loves sunset dinners at Silver Sands, drinks and bonfires at Sound View, and breakfast at Marie Eiffel Market on Shelter Island. When it comes to shopping, White Flower Farmhouse in Southold and Lido in Greenport are firm favourites.
